1.The wheelchair ramp should be designed into a straight, right-angled or turn-back shape;

  2. The clear width of wheelchair ramps should not be less than 1.00m, and the clear width of wheelchair ramps for barrier-free entrances and exits should not be less than 1.20m;

  3. When the height of the wheelchair ramp exceeds 300mm and the slope is greater than 1:20, handrails should be provided on both sides, the ramp and the handrails of the rest platform should be kept coherent, and the handrails should comply with the specifications;

  4. The maximum height and horizontal length of the wheelchair ramp should meet the requirements of Table 1;

  5. The slope of the wheelchair ramp should be smooth, non-slip and non-reflective;

  6. The horizontal length of the starting point, ending point and intermediate rest platform of the wheelchair ramp should not be less than 1.50m;

  7. Safety blocking measures should be provided on the side of the wheelchair ramp near the air;

  8. Wheelchair ramps should be provided with barrier-free signs.
